Kanye West couldn't keep his composure on Saturday in Atlantic City during his concert, and stopped the music to acknowledge his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian as his "Baby Momma." The rapper was going into his next song when he told engineering to stop the music and told the crowd "Can we make some noise for my baby momma..."

The next day the couple headed to Las Vegas for the New Years Eve at the 1 Oak nightclub at the Mirage Hotel & Casino. They didn't mind the cameras being around while they smooched and danced their way into 2013. Kardashian stunned in a beautiful skin tight lace number by Welsh designer Julien McDonald questioning the fact if she's 3-months pregnant. However, Kardashian laid the rumors to rest and confirmed to US Weekly "I have felt good. I haven't had any morning sickness, but it still isn't the easiest." She added, "People always say it's easy and fun. It's definitely an adjustment learning about your body and stuff like that. I've been feeling really good so that's good."

Although the "Keeping up with the Kardashian" star is still married to Kris Humphries, she's ready to start her new life with West and probably taking things slow the Hollywood way. According to US Weekly, a source says wedding bells will be ringing soon, "He's told friends and family he was gonna [marry] her since the day they met." Kardashian seems to be feeling really anxious about finding out about the sex of her baby, "Of course I do want to know. I can't find out yet, but I do want to know."
