NBC has released an all-new promo online for the highly anticipated return of Heroes Reborn. After staying hidden for prying eyes, will Noah Bennet (Jack Coleman (Noah Bennet), Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg), Luke Collins (Zachary Levi) discover "Where Are The Heroes?"
As we perviously mentioned, NBC canceled Heroes back in 2010. Whether by popular demand or the fact audiences just love nostalgia, the former superhero drama will return to the small screen. The NBC network announced a 13-episode miniseries entitled Heroes Reborn. and released a Super Bowl teaser trailer for the returning series.
We also mentioned, Zachary Quinto will not be returning back as the fan-favorite baddie, Skylar, "No, I'm not going to go back,. I talked to them about it, and [executive producer Tim Kring] reached out to me when they decided they were going to do it. We had a great conversation. It was such a meaningful experience for me - I loved that job, I loved those people. [...] I just felt like I didn't want to go back to it."
According to TV Line, old faces such as Sendhil Ramamurthy (as Mohinder Suresh), Cristine Rose (Angela Petrelli), Jimmy Jean-Louis (The Haitian), Masi Oka (Hiro Nakamura) are returning. Will old school meet the new generation, which includes Dylan Bruce (Orphan Black), Robbie Kay (Once Upon a Time), Rya Kihlstedt (Dexter), Ryan Guzman (Pretty Little Liars) and Francesca "Daughter of Clint" Eastwood.
As we mentioned before, creator Tim Kring joins the rest of the cast, which includes Coleman, Levi, Robbie Kay, Kiki Sukezane, Ryan Guzman, Gatlin Green, Henry Zebrowski, Judith Shekoni, Danika Yarosh and Rya Kihlstedt, as they takeover Hall H on Sunday, July 12 (1:45 p.m.). The Q&A session will be moderated by fellow cast member, Grunberg, who also happens to be J.J. Abrams' good luck charm.
Heroes Reborn will premiere Thursdays at 8 p.m. EST starting September 24.
