Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard are putting some space between themselves and their family members after the controversy surrounding their brother made its way into the public sphere. After it was revealed that Josh Duggar had been inappropriate with five underage girls, including sisters Jill and Jessa Duggar, the media erupted into a frenzy. Not only was the Duggar's TLC series 19 Kids and Counting put on an indefinite hiatus, with a cancellation most likely coming, Josh also left his job in Washington D.C. and moved home to Arkansas. The scandal also affected Josh's in-laws, as Derick quit his job at Walmart and he and Jill are focusing on a new career path now that their reality show is most likely not returning.

According to Radar Online, the lovebirds are starting their own business in the near future as a way to bring some money in. The site is reporting that the couple is planning on opening Dillard Family Ministries, as they filed a request on June 17 to incorporate the company.

"This is how the two plan on supporting themselves since Derick quit his job at Walmart," an insider explained to the site. "This new ministry is their 'Plan B' now that it's unlikely their reality show will be coming back."

The Inquistr is reporting that the business might have been started so that the couple can plan a mission trip to Nepal, which is where they first met. The site is also contradicting what Radar reported saying that the new endeavor was probably in the works for a few weeks, and could have started before Josh's molestation scandal made headlines.
