DMX collects arrests the way little kids used to rack up Pokemon cards in their little wallets. Last Friday night he collected yet another arrest while the famous rapper was on his way to Radio City Music Hall to perform. Waiting for him were some adoring fans and the New York City Sheriff's deputies. The police got him on unpaid child support charges and had a warrant for his arrest on top of that.
The New York City Sheriff's Department said DMX owed more than $400,000 worth of child support. His warrant was for bail jumping and robbery complaints coming out of Newark, New Jersey.
That robbery complaint may be related to allegations from early on in April when a man said DMX took more than $3,200 from him.

Newark police spokesman Sgt. Ronald Glover said the encounter started with an innocent conversation about rap. "The two had a brief conversation about rap music and during the conversation a male in DMX's entourage, showed the victim a gun and demanded the victim's money," Glover said.
On the night of that robbery, DMX was headed to an old-school hip-hop concert at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. His trip to venues does not end well. Fans who wanted to see DMX on Friday weren't totally left without a performance; while he couldn't be the Master of Ceremonies for the concert, those who bought tickets got to see Shabba Ranks, Rakim and Mase. It was sadly without DMX but still a legendary lineup nonetheless.
Do you think DMX has run into a string of bad luck or are these allegations against him true?
