Snakes are pretty, well, terrifying. In fact, if you're anything like us and have an immense fear of the creatures then they are INCREDIBLY terrifying. And you very well know that whenever you find yourself seeing them pop up in either a TV show or a movie you pee yourself... just a little bit, of course. Anyway, our involuntary bathroom habits aside, while it seems that pythons can eat pretty much whatever they want, one thing they can't swallow has finally been discovered: porcupines. And that's exactly what happened recently in South Africa––a python decided to devour a porcupine. Then... it died.

You know, because of the shape edges aka quills.

At the Lake Eland Game Reserve, a python was found dead after eating the animal.

Per Lake Eland Game Reserve's Facebook page:

"Sadly, the African Rock Python that became an overnight sensation has been found dead. The 3.9m long Python was found to have ingested a 13.8kg porcupine. Autopsy showed the porcupine quills lodged in the snake's digestive tract."

Which kind of makes sense, no?

Terrified yet?

For more, VERY NSFW, photos of the porcupine-snake incident, head on over to the Lake Eland Game Reserve Facebook page. But before that, look at this head!

Seriously, now are you terrified?

Finally, below is a rather NSFW video, largely due to one image, of the incident. Of course, not of the actual eating. Come on... that'd just be weird.

So, readers, what do you think about the above video?

COME ON – you've got to be terrified!

If not, well, good for you...

Because we are.

What's Up?
