Justin Bieber Papparazzo Killed: Hit By Car, Miley Cyrus Rants On Twitter 'Paparazzi Acting Like Fools'

A photographer trying to catch a glimpse of a driving Bieber was killed after struck by a car on New Year's day. Justin Bieber sent out his condolences as Miley Cyrus rushed to defend her singer friend on twitter to bring awareness of the dangers paparazzi place themselves and celebrities.

According to CNN, the photographer believed he saw Bieber in his white Ferrari when he was struck by oncoming traffic after walking onto a Los Angeles freeway. Bieber known to be chased don by photographers in his lavish vehicles sent out his condolences saying:

"While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim." Bieber added, "Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders, and the photographers themselves." 

Even though Bieber was not in the vehicle when the incident occurred and when it was pulled over by police on Interstate 405 by police on Tuesday. Authorities asked the paparrazi to get back into his vehicle twice during the stop and was hit by oncoming traffic after trying to return to his vehicle. Miley Cyrus defended her friend and the seriousness of paparazzi's high speed chase and other life threatening situations, "Hope this paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes in '13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn't Princess Di[ana] enough of a wake up call?!" Cyrus tweeted. "It is unfair for anyone to put this on to Justin's conscious as well! This was bound to happen! Your mom teaches u when your a child not to play in the street! The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices."
