'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Rehab Recovery, Misses MTV Press Day!

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer has had a rough time ever since being released from rehab for personal issues. With the MTV star trying to get back to her normal life at home, the producers are giving her time to recuperate without asking too much of her.

According to The Ashley Reality Roundup, there was good reason that the mother of three was missing from the reality show's recent press day which was attended by costars Chelsea Houska, Kailyn Lowry, and Jenelle Evans.

"The network and the show's producers are sensitive to Leah's current situation, and know that bringing her to New York wouldn't have been good for her right now," a source told the reality news site.

As MStars News reported, there was a lot of drama that happened when the girls recently got together to do interviews in conjunction with the season six premiere of the hit reality series. At first, Jenelle was upset after Kailyn and Chelsea posted photos on Instagram together without her. Then Jenelle posted some not-so-nice messages about her castmates that she later deleted. Another incident that set Jenelle off was when she hosted an event at a night club in Long Island, New York.

"[Jenelle's] co-stars did not come to that event, which may have added to Jenelle's sour feelings toward Kail and Chelsea," The Ashley reported. "It appears that Jenelle left the press day early today, leaving Kail and Chelsea to do a photo shoot and interviews without her."

Ouch...
