Rapper Eminem is now a born-again Christian. The rapper star has been hiding from the music industry to work on his relationship with God in order to battle his demons and overcome his addictions.
According to Christian Post sources, Eminem has separated himself "from the depths of the music industry," and will not be doing what the industry tells hims to do musically. In 1996, Eminem's song "It's Ok" on his debut album, Infinite the rapper had she light on his religious views saying, "But in the midst of this insanity, I've found my Christianity through God and there's a wish he granted me. He showed me how to cope with this stress and hope for the best, instead of moping depressed." . . .
In 2011, an interview with ChristWire, the website profiled Eminem as the "Christian Warrior" recognizing him for his Chrysler commercial during the Super Bowl XLVI, "Through any problems he has had in live he has risen above the blackness that surrounded him," writer, August Weisz, said. "He is truly a Christian hero."
As for the truths of Eminem parting from the music industry may not be true. The rapper website claims the star will be headlining at Slane Castle in Ireland on August 17, 2013, and most likely performing his not so Christian like songs.
