Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season!
The Tampa Bay Rays take the field against the New York Yankees in Week 13 of the regular season on Friday, July 3 at 7:05 p.m. EST at the beloved Yankees Stadium in the Bronx. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Friday evening ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
Both Tampa Bay and New York snag rather high spots in ESPN.com's official break-down of all 30 teams (power rankings):
Yankees (9): "Over his past eight games, Yankees spark plug Brett Gardner has been doing it all, batting a nifty .457 with two home runs, while getting on base more than 52 percent of the time (.525 OBP). This isn't exactly new; Gardner has elevated his game in June after a slow May, hitting a robust .343/.409/.618 slashline with five home runs." Jason Rosenberg, It's About the Money
New York currently maintains an impressive 42-39 winning record and now remains 1st in the American League Eastern Division.
Rays (7): "The Rays find themselves in a virtual tie at the top of the AL East with Baltimore. The division has four teams separated by just one game. While most clubs are looking externally for help, Tampa Bay should get a boost from within as Matt Moore, James Loney and John Jaso are all set to return in the next few weeks." Tommy Rancel, The Process Report
With that, Tampa Bay also holds a steady 42-39 winning record and snags the 3rd spot in the American League Western Division.
The ballgame will be broadcasted live on local sports channels YES and SUN.
