Rapper Lil Wayne finally released the highly-anticipated Free Weezy Album on Independence Day (July 4), but fans can only listen to the new tunes exclusively on Jay-Z's high fidelity music streaming service, Tidal. Pretty exciting news for Weezy, considering he's still involved in a hostile feud with Cash Money mogul, Birdman. But another YMCMB protege hasn't been so lucky recently...

Reports confirm that Flow (real name, Widner Degruy) was arrested on Wednesday (July 1) in connection with the double-murder of two New Orleans brothers. According to GossipOnThis.com, Kendred and Kendrick Bishop were found "fatally gunned down in their car" on Memorial Day (May 25). Details surrounding the grizzly shooting remain unknown, but Flow was later identified as a key suspect after his cellphone was found at the scene of the crime. Local surveillance footage also showed the Sorry 4 The Wait 2 collaborator wandering nearby at the time of the killings.

After several attempted escapes from the police, another accomplice named Jonathan Evans was also arrested (June 27).

Now, Flow is being charged with two counts of second-degree murder.

The 23-year-old aspiring emcee signed with Young Money back in 2012. He was featured on the infamous "Next Up" cypher, and also shared rhymes on Weezy's hit mixtape tune "Inkredible." Read more on his full bio here:

Wayne has yet to mention the arrest on Twitter, but continues hyping his new album release instead.

Hopefully the morbid death hoax constantly surrounding Christina Milian's rumored beau doesn't now resurface online yet again. Meanwhile, Flow hasn't posted anything on Instagram in over a month.

Wonder if Young Thug will mention this violent altercation in another epic diss track?

Will Nicki Minaj and Drake now leave Cash Money for good amid such nonstop industry drama? Stay tuned as more information surrounding Flow's case unravels, and be sure to share your thoughts in the comments section below!
