Tamera Mowry, Adam Housley Welcome Baby Girl Named Ariah Talea

She's here! MStars News has learned that Tamera Mowry, and her husband Adam Housley welcomed their second child, a baby girl who they named, Ariah Talea on July 1st, just in time for The Real host's birthday, which is Monday, July 6.

According to Tamera's website, baby Ariah made her debut Wednesday, July 1 at 2:54 pm in the afternoon. We also learned that Tamera delivered a healthy baby weighing in at a whopping 10 lbs.

"Hi Everyone, We're more than ecstatic to say a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to the Housley family. Please join us in welcoming their new baby girl, Ariah Talea Housley, who arrived this afternoon at 2:54 pm. Ariah is healthy, Tamera is recovering nicely and all of the family is overjoyed with their new addition," Tamera wrote to her fans and followers.

She added, "Just like you, her whole team is excited to see little Ariah and learn more about the families coming adventures. So don't worry, the site will continue to be updated regularly with more lifestyle content from Tamera and baby news-make sure to check back often!"

"Until then, please know that Tamera and Adam truly appreciate all of the support and blessings everyone has sent and continues to send. Team Tamera," she ended.

Though we haven't seen a photo of baby Ariah just yet, mama Tamera posted an adorable picture of her daughter's wardrobe.

MStars News has been keeping up with the couple since they revealed that they were pregnant earlier this year. We previously reported that Adam was the one who revealed that the couple were having a baby girl this time around during an episode of The Real, and we also learned that Tamera had three names picked out for her little one, but wanted to wait until her daughter arrived to see what name matched her new baby.

Tamera and Adam are also the proud parents of 2-year-old, Aden John Tanner Housley. Now with her hands tied as a full time mother, Tamera revealed that she changed up her summer hairstyle to braids. Having a newborn, mothers usually don't have time for much of anything, let alone complicated hair.

"Like many women, I knew during my pregnancy that I was going to need a low maintenance hairstyle when it was time to welcome my baby. Going natural and giving your hair the love and attention it needs is a long journey, and I didn't want it to suffer any neglect while I was busy with new mommy responsibilities," Tamera explained. "So with the support and help of the talented Kari Williams of Mahogany Hair Revolution, I was able to protect my natural hair and sport a new style for summer," she added.

Besides welcoming her daughter into the world, Tamera and her twin, Tia Mowry Hardrict celebrated their 37th birthday. In the snapshot below, Tia wrote: "Happy Birthday Sissy!!!!!!!"

July must be a special month for this family, because we also learned that it was the twins younger brother, Tavior Mowry's birthday on Sunday.

"Happy Birthday to this amazing young man who happens to be my brother!!!!!! @taviormowry16," Tia wrote.
