Apparently, his blossoming relationship with R&B princess Christina Milian continues growing strong (although she's not the most curvaceous beauty Weezy's ever dated). But look who's now flaunting the more voluptuous body - Wayne's (ex) baby mama, Toya Wright!

According to the infamous gossip webloid MediaTakeOut.com, Wright "definitely" had some work done not too long ago. Do her womanly assets truly appear a bit enhanced?
