Couple Alert! Akon & Gloria Govan Spotted Together — Are They Dating?

Could Matt Barnes' estranged wife, Gloria Govan, and singer Akon really be a new couple? If you ask Hip Hollywood, it appears that way, but thankfully the news of the duo being a new couple is just rumors.

The gossip site revealed that Gloria was flown to Africa and seen with Akon and his family because of a new business venture.

A source told Hip Hollywood that Gloria was in Africa to promote her new facial line. "Gloria Govan was in Africa with not only Akon, but also his entire family to promote her ALL NATURAL facial serum, titled 'Derm Affect.' And since we know that Africa is the mother of all natural resources, it is/was the perfect place to release and promote her facial line. With that being said Gloria is NOT dating Akon."

This story could be true, but we'd like to see the new product and a special thanks to Akon for his help would be nice too! In a series of Instagram photos, Gloria didn't mention the reason she was in Africa, nor did she post any photos of her very important business meetings with the singer to make sure everyone knows that they're not dating.

Gloria and Akon had been to different places in Africa, including Mali and Ivory Coast over the past week, and her Instagram photos show it.

If you think for one second that people aren't still wondering if there is something going on, think again. This isn't the first time the Basketball Wives star had been linked to a man following her nasty breakup with NBA star, and the father of her twins, Matt Barnes.

Govan was reportedly sleeping with NFL star Colin Kaepernick, and was rumored to be getting close with Tamar Braxton's husband, Vincent Herbert.

Hopefully, Akon and Gloria are just spending a lot of time together for business and there is nothing more gong on.
