Scott Disick Sad Instagram Birthday Tribute to Penelope After Kourtney Kardashian Split

Splits become that much harder when kids are involved. This is something that Scott Disick is learning the hard way when it comes to his three kids. While it was announced earlier this week that Disick and Kourtney Kardashian are officially over, the father of Mason, Penelope and Reign has been on the outs when it comes to his children. Fans saw how hard Disick was taking the split when he posted a collage of pictures of his daughter Penelope to the social media site for her birthday. Scott wasn't in attendance for his daughter's third birthday party at Disneyland, which included Kourtney, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and her baby North West.

Scott took to his Instagram page to pay tribute to his daughter since he couldn't be with her for her special day. He posted a collage of six adorable pictures of his and Kourt's daughter.

The caption for the picture was filled with a lot of spelling and grammatical errors, as well as some self-deprecating language, according to Radar Online.

"1 of the only things I'm proud off about myself [sic]. Happybdayp," Lord Disick wrote.

The news site is also reporting that Scott hasn't made a public appearance since he attended an intense "drug-fueled" party in Boca Raton. The party was ultimately what spelled the downfall of Scott and Kourtney's relationship.

Radar is also speculating that this birthday party might not be the only event that Disick could be missing in his kids' lives, as the site is speculating that Kourtney is prepared to go to court to gain full custody of the three kids.
