Cameron Diaz Pregnancy Rumors: Benji Madden's Wife Turning to IVF?

Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden might have just reached the six-month mark in their marriage, but it is being rumored that the stars are planning on taking their relationship to the next level. The couple has had pregnancy rumors swirling around them since before they even said "I do," but now that they are husband and wife, the reports have been amped up a notch. Some sites are reporting that the couple has been trying so hard for a baby but to no avail. Diaz is even thinking of taking the IVF route so that she can conceive.

Radar Online is reporting that the couple who have been married for the last couple of months, have become increasingly heartbroken, as they have allegedly been unable to conceive the old fashioned way.

"Cameron and Benji have been trying for a baby ever since they said 'I do' in January," a source explained. "She's devastated that it hasn't happened yet!"

The 42-year-old actress has been taking it extremely hard that she hasn't been able to get pregnant, and is getting more and more frustrated.

"With each passing month comes more heartache," the source explained. "They're considering in vitro fertilization if they need to, but Cameron's worried she's running out of time."

However, despite her being so hard of herself, Benji has been nothing of supportive of his new bride, according to reports. The site is saying that the 36-year-old Good Charlotte rocker "has been incredibly positive and supportive, but he's worried that his wife is being too hard on herself."
