Karrueche Tran is still optimistic about possibly rekindling with her ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown. During an interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest Thursday morning, Kae admitted that there may be hope for the couple in the future.
"Us getting back together, I can't say," she answered, "I don't know what the future holds. As of right now, I'm just completely focused on myself. I'm not trying to date anybody. I just want to figure out me and grow within myself. There's no drama between us. It's cordial, it's cool, it's peaceful. I don't like drama period."
When asked about their public social media fights, she admitted that they do go too far, "It's unfortunate that sometimes it does go a little too left and things are said that probably should not be said online because people are just invested in the drama and the craziness."
In a recent interview with On Air with Ryan Seacrest, Chris revealed that he's grown a lot since becoming a father to his adorable toddler, "There comes a time when people kind of have to grow up and become more of an adult and take on different responsibilities," He explained, "I think this was just a blessing in disguise with my daughter because I get a chance to look at her and teach her the right path and also be a father in my daughter's life. Just to see a smile on her face - just to see the littlest things - is emotional for me, so I just love that aspect of being able to be a father now."
When asked if they would be able to repair their broken relationship, the "Autumn Leaves" singer responded, "I'm going to be honest and be a man about it and just take it one day at a time," he explained, "I can't promise anything and I can't jump over the moon, but it takes time for all wounds [to heal]. I take full responsibility for my actions and things that I've done in the past. I feel like it's just a time thing. "I'm not a hateful person," he continues. "Of course I still love her, but mentally right now, I think everything takes time. I just need to focus on being the best father I can be."
