The Sox now maintain a steady 39-44 winning record and remain 5th in the American League Central Division.

Cubs (8): "The Cubs acquired Clayton Richard from the Pirates for cash considerations and he immediately stepped in and gave the back end of the rotation a much needed boost. With that, the other side of Chicago snags 46 wins and 38 losses and is now 3rd in the National League Central Division.
