Taylor Swift Takes Home People's Choice Award For Favorite Country Artist

Country singer Taylor Swift has returned to the red carpet despite the split with One Direction singer Harry Styles after a huge argument when vacationing in the Caribbean.

Taylor who arrived for the red carpet for People's Choice Awards in a white gown with a revealing cleavage looking more matured and grown up.

Taylor won the award for Favorite Country Artist that was voted by fans.

"I want to thank the fans because this is a fan voted award and I absolutely love you with all of my heart. I want to thank radio and I want to thank the fans for calling radio and being like, 'Play her music' - thank you for doing that," reported Daily Mail.

'You guys have blown my mind with what you've done for this album Red and I just want to thank you for caring about my music and for caring about me. Thank you so much you guys, I love you."

People's Choice Awards have been held since the 1975 and are younger than the Golden Globes and the Oscars.

Another British band's members seem to be eyeing Swift after her breakup with Styles.

"I think she should stay single for a bit," said singer Jay McGuiness of The Wanted band. But Max George of the same band seems to be attracted to her, "She's a very attractive girl," he said.

She also took time to spend time with her fans. She was reportedly singing their autographs and happily posing for pictures.

While it was singer Katy Perry who took four awards that included: Pop Artist, Female Artist, Music Video Music and Fan Following.

One Direction's song "What Makes You Beautiful" won the Favorite Song award.
