After finding out that she was expecting baby number 3, there were some issues when Lozada went for her checkup with the doctor. Lozada revealed to her daughter, Shaniece, 21, that her third child would be a "miracle baby."
"It's not good," Lozada revealed to her daughter in tears. "I went [to the doctor] yesterday and she's like, 'Everything seems fine.' When I was on my way here, she left me a voicemail. She said that my hormone levels have dropped. When you're pregnant, your hormone levels are supposed to be in the thousands; [mine] went all the way down to 50."
The doctor explained to Lozada that she'd probably lose her baby. "Most likely, I'm going to end up miscarrying the baby."
"Now, I'm just walking around, like just waiting for it to happen," she said while her daughter started to cry along with her.
"I was like, 'Maybe I'll have a boy,' and then I was like, 'Maybe I'll have a girl. Then she'll be like Sha,'" the mother-of-two said. "I swear to God, I thought about so many things."
Shanice tries to stay positive, but her mother says, "It's like a waiting game. I don't know."
"This is going to happen," Lozada stated. "I'm sure many women have gone through this, and this is going to happen... We're going to have this baby. It's going to be a miracle. A miracle baby."
In another clip, Shanice waited for her mother to call her with the news to see if she'd have another brother, a sister, or nothing at all.
“In the back of my head, I’m really nervous that my mom hasn’t called yet. I hope my mom is okay," the 21-year-old said.
Meanwhile, back at home, Lozada patiently awaits the call from her doctor, as she gets some playtime in with her 1-year-old son, Leo.
“I look at Leo, and I’m thankful for him. He makes me feel happy. So me playing with him is a way to cope with everything that’s going on," she said.
During her modeling session, Shanice finally gets the call she's been waiting on but we don't know if it will be good or bad news. Fans will have to tune into the show next Saturday, July 18 at 9 pm E.T. on OWN for more.
