Chris Brown's ready to start fresh now that his relationship with aspiring model Karrueche Tran is officially over. The 26-year-old hip-hop superstar just purchased a new mansion worth a whopping $4.5 million - and he wants Rihanna to help make it feel like "home." Breezy doesn't need the crazy emotional drama associated with Tran when the infamous #BadGal's willing to reignite their friendship!

As MstarsNews previously reported, the "Fine China" singer invited the 27-year-old Barbadian beauty over so that they could bond again. The "FourFiveSeconds" songstress is still considering the kind offer:

"RiRi and Chris are good friends and that is what good friends do they give each other good advice... She always gives him great advice so it wasn't surprising when she gave him a few [tips] based off her own experience buying properties," an alleged source tells Urban Islandz. "He has already invited her over to come and check out his new home but she hasn't accepted his invite at least not yet. These two have a romantic history and once paparazzi see anything like the whole internet is going to blow up and both of them just want to focus on their careers and on positive things right now."

But given Brown's past history with Tran, would he still want her to enjoy is new luxurious crib? Well, maybe not. The Instagram fashionista's attitude is quite suffocating!

"It's like getting out of jail all over again for him. He's free," another insider tells HollywoodLife.com. "He doesn't have to answer to her or deal with her insecurities when he's at the club or just talking and mingling with other women. He no longer has to deal with her ups and downs and emotional tirades."

Tran continues blasting her former lover on social media, and Breezy has finally had enough. He's done for good:

"She's made it crystal clear to him in the past that she doesn't want to be with him and now, it's finally resonated," the supposed snitch adds. "He's done chasing her and, to be quite honest, his life is better without her in it."
