Orlando Scandrick Files Restraining Order Against Draya Michele, 'BBWLA' Star Ordered Move Out

Draya Michele and Orlando Scandrick's engagement breakup just keeps getting messier and uglier by the minute. MStars News has learned that Scandrick apparently filed a restraining order against he ex earlier this month.

According to TMZ, the court documents revealed that Scandrick filed the order on July 7, requesting that the judge in the case order Draya Michele to stay away from him.

The case type was described as a "Civil Petition - Domestic Violence" case.

Sources close to the drama claim that the couple's former love affair went from bad to worse after Scandrick called off his engagement to Draya. Scandrick filed the documents to also get his ex removed from his house as soon as possible!

In another report from TMZ, the infamous gossip site revealed that Orlando sought out a restraining order because the Basketball Wives: LA star threatened him with pepper spray back in April. The papers stated that Orlando claimed that Draya started abusing him on April 21 when she maced him, attacked him with candles, and knocked photos off the wall in outrage.

Scandrick claims that he suffered from injuries and is scared the same thing will happen now that the two are not getting married. But if you think those stories were the last, think again!

Scandrick also revealed that Draya got mad back on July 3 and attacked him once again, threatening to "throw bleach in his eyes."

Scary.

Just this week, Scandrick claims that his former wife-to-be grabbed his clothes and started to throw them in the bathtub they once shared. She also appeared to let the swimming pool get a taste of some of his expensive wardrobe as well.

Now the Dallas Cowboys star is asking a judge to order Draya 100 yards away from him at all times, and it appears his wish was granted. The judge also finally ordered the reality star to move out of her exes house immediately.

Both are headed back to court at the end of this month.

Crazy if those actions were happening behind closed doors. It makes you wonder, why would he propose to his alleged abuser?

Now it looks like he's getting out while he still can.

Looks like this court story isn't a "publicity stunt" like Draya's Basketball Wives: LA co-star, Mehgan James previously claimed.

In a interview James said, "I think it's all fake. They're still together. She's still living in his house, still driving his car," James added, "It's a publicity stunt." She continued, "The breakup, the makeup, the re-breakup, the makeup before that and the breakup before that, it's fake."

Orlando clapped back and claimed that his issues with Draya weren't fake! He claims that he didn't need money because he has a check. "I don't need publicity I got a CHECK," he wrote via Instagram.
