Nas Suffers From Vertigo, Gets Hospitalized, Tweets ‘Doin Alright’

Queens, New York rapper, Nas was hospitalized, Jan. 12 for vertigo creating panic among fans and hip hop music listeners, reported Rap-Up.

Nas whose real name is Nasir Jones was taken to hospital after he suffered from vertigo. He was scheduled to perform at the TV show "Live with Kelly and Michael." He had to cancel his performance after he was hospitalized.

Veritgo is a type of motion disorder where patients feel dizzy and experience imbalance. It can also have symptoms of nausea and vomiting.

Nas Tweeting when in hospital saying he was doing fine and even conveyed his apologies for not being able give his performance and said he will "make it up." "Peace y'all. I'm out of the ER & doin alright. I'm on bed rest for a few. Apologies to everyone @ Live w/ Kelly & Michael. I'll make it up," he Tweeted.

Nas began his career in 1991 dropping his debut album, "Illmatic" in 1994. He has built a reputation of being one of the greatest hip hop LPs of all time. His music has been hailed by critics and listeners alike. He had dropped thirteen albums to this day.
