Magic Mike XXL star Channing Tatum undoubtedly has quite a six-pack going in the new film. And many of us are wondering just how he does it. How can we get those abs, we ask. Well, the below 5-minute cardio exercise could be the one to get you on your way.
Men's Health Fitness Director BJ Gaddour recently dropped a video showcasing a number of exercises that you can do to shed any fat covering your abs and get you a starring role in the next edition of the Magic Mike series.
Okay, maybe not that far, but you'll at least get in pretty good shape if you follow the below routine.

So, remember, here's what you have to do, folks:
Mountain Climbers
Get in a push-up position, bringing one knee to your chest. Jump and switch your legs as if you were climbing a mountain (get the name?) then repeat over and over. To make it more difficult, move your body in a semi-circle. See the video for details.
Rotational Chops
Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, interlock your fingers and chop to one side as if you were cutting down a tree. To make this exercise a bit harder, bend your knees and be sure to keep it low the entire time – especially while chopping.
Do each of these for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Alternate between the two for four minutes. For the last minute, rest. Trust us, you'll want to.
There you have it. Now get to the gym!
