Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season!
The Kansas City Royals take the field against the Chiago White Sox in Week 15 of the regular season on Friday, July 17 at 2:10 p.m. EST at the US Cellular Field in Illinois. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Friday afternoon ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
The teams will compete in a doubleheader, with another game at 8:10 p.m. EST.
Kansas City snags a rather high spot in ESPN.com's official break-down of all 30 teams (power rankings), while Chicago lags a few spots behind:
Royals (3): "Sunday's amazing victory -- despite allowing eight runs in one inning -- allowed the Royals to enter the break with seven wins in their final eight games. They're fourth in the AL in runs per game, first in fewest runs allowed per game and, according to FanGraphs, have a 68 percent chance of winning the division." David Schoenfield, SweetSpot
Kansas City currently maintains an impressive 52-34 winning record and now remains 1st in the American League Central Division.
Rays (22): "The White Sox finished the first half strong, winning nine of 12 behind dominant pitching. They would need another similar stretch to vault them safely above .500, and should still be expected to sell some at the deadline, even if GM Rick Hahn gives this group right up until July 31 to prove itself." James Fegan, The Catbird Seat
With that, Chicago holds a steady 41-45 winning record and snags the meager 5th spot in the American League Central Division.
The afternoon (and evening) ballgames will be broadcasted live on local sports channels CSCh, WGN, and FSKC.
