Britt Nilsson, Brady Toops Split - 'Bachelorette' Contestant Shares 4 Reasons for Breakup

There have been a lot of questions surrounding Bachelorette stars Brady Toop and Britt Nilsson's relationship over the last couple of months. The runner-up Bachelorette who was edged out by Kaitlyn Bristowe for the title role on the series might not have gotten to sift through 25 eligible bachelors to find love, but it seemed like she had found love anyway with departing contestant Brady. However, it has since been reported that Brady and Britt have called it quits on their short-lived romance, but since Toops wasn't a part of "The Bachelorette: Men Tell All" special, which aired on Monday, he took to his Instagram account to clear the air about his breakup with Nilsson.

According to Us Weekly, the star shared a picture of him and Britt walking on the beach with a caption that featured 4 reasons as to why their relationship didn't work out.

"Since I wasn't on 'Men Tell All' to clear things up, and since a lot of people have been asking lately, 'If you & @brittkarolina are saying such nice things about each other, then WHY didn't it work out?'" the star wrote on the Instagram picture. "In light of that, I thought I'd help clear the air and give you the 4 real (behind the scenes) reasons it didn't work out."

People reported that the star then proceeded to write out the 4 comical reasons why the couple didn't work out, one being that they were both afraid of heights, another being that they didn't have a "celebrity couple mashup name" so "there was almost no chance."

He also mentioned that he needed to get some material out of the split so that he could finish work on his "breakup album."

The last reason was that without the roses, the couple just wasn't sure how the relationship thing worked.

"Once we left the show, they didn't give us any roses. How are we supposed to figure this thing out without any roses?" Toops joked.

However, despite the split the two remain close, as Brady explained. "I'm glad we're still friends (notice the side hug in the pic)."
