Jodi Arias Trial: CBS '48 Hours' Interview ABout Murdering Travis Alexander, 'Like A Horrible Movie' [Video]

Jodi Arias opens up about murdering her boyfriend, Travis Alexander in an interview with CBS' "48 Hours". Arias is on trial for brutally shooting her former lover in the face, stabbing him 27 times, and slitting his throat.

Arias has been often seen crying while in court, which some believe to claim innocence for killing him in self-defense. In the interview the 32-year-old said, "I've been sitting a lot in my cell thinking, 'What a waste,' you know? I did have my whole future ahead of me," said the brunette bombshell. "I had everything to lose and nothing to gain if I killed Travis. I loved him and still love him."

Before admitting to killing Alexander, his friends suspected that she was the cause of the bloody murder and told the 911 dispatcher that she previously slashed his tires. The brunette told officers that after having sex, two men dressed in black in an attempted home invasion attacked the couple. She added that she fled the scene, but thought he was still alive. Arias lied to police, "It was the scariest experience of my life," she said of the fictional attack. "It was just so unreal. It was like a movie unfolding. Like a horrible movie."

When police did further investigation, they found her bloody handprint and the ex-girlfriend had finally confessed to murdering her lover in self-defense.
