Nehemiah Griego,15, Shoots And Kills Family With Rifle: No Motive In Murders, 'MeetOne' Profile Suggested Obsession With Military

A 15-year-old boy, Nehemiah Griego accused of shooting and killing 5 members of his family. Among those dead in Albuquerque, New Mexico were his pastor father, his mother, two sisters, and brother were shot by the teenager carrying a military-style assault rifle.

 The murderer was arrested shortly after killing his family. Initially, only the shooter's father Gregory Griego, was identified by police among the five that were killed. Gregory, a former pastor of the Calvary Albuquerque church was identified by his church as the first known victim. Investigators are now looking into who owned the murder weapon, a semi-automatic military-style rifle which was one of several guns found at the home.

The teenage boy was charged with two counts of murder and three counts of child abuse, that ended in death. All victims were shot multiple times. On a social media site similar to Facebook called, MeetOne, shows the teenage wearing dark military fatigues along with a profile that reads, "I'm a fun loving guy who (LIKES) to make (PEOPLE) happy," the profile reads. "I might be shy but I'll open up once you get to know me."

The motive is still unclear and authorities are investigating evidence and other details, "Right now we're to the meticulous points of processing the scene and collecting physical evidence, and this is a vast scene with a lot of physical evidence," Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department spokesman Lt. Sid Covington said Sunday.
