They definitely weren't kidding when they said that they were all in this together. While there are plans for a follow up film to the High School Musical franchise, all about a high school reunion, the stars got a head start on catching up over the weekend. The Wildcats gang reunited last Friday as stars including Corbin Bleu, Ashley Tisdale, Monique Coleman, Lucas Grabeel and Olesya Rulin all came out to join director of the Disney Channel Original movies, Kenny Ortega for his latest project. Ortega teamed up with the cable channel once again for his new flick, Descendants, and the red carpet for the film brought together the HSM elite.
Kenny took to his Instagram account to post the selfie that he took with Ashley, Lucas, and the gang on the red carpet. "LOVE these kids," Ortega wrote as the caption for the adorable picture.
In another similar photo of the crew he wrote, "What team? Wildcats! And how I love you all! Thank you for celebrating with me @ashleytisdale @corbinbleu @olesyarulin @_moniquecoleman @mrgrabeel #DisneyDescendants." Monique also took to her Instagram account to post a snapshot from the premiere, captioning the image, "Loves of my life! #DescendantsPremiere."
