A special presidential inauguration will take place today, January 21, 2013, to mark the second term of presidency for President Barack Obama. Several live streaming links are provided below so that you can participate in the historic event and watch online. Located in Washington D.C., the Ceremonial Swearing-In is scheduled to take place at 11:30 a.m. eastern time.

American Idol season one winner Kelly Clarkson will sing a special musical selection and Beyonce will perform the National Anthem. Other musical selections will be performed by The United States Marine Band, the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, James Taylor among others.

Lady Gaga is apparently scheduled to perform at a private inaugural ball for President Barack Obama as he enters into his second term. Hollywood Reporter reported that an inaugural source leaked the information that the pop star would headline the event following the footsteps of Jaz-Z who had performed in 2009.

The artists confirmed to perform through the President inaugural events include Kelly Clarkson, Brad Paisley, Alicia Keys, Jennifer Hudson, Katy Perry, Stevie Wonder, Usher, Black Violin, Glee cast singers, Far East Movement, John Legend, Mana, Smokey Robinson, and Soundgarden are expected in the lineup.  Hollywood Reporter reported that an insider slipped information regarding a potential Lady Gaga performance at the Ball.
