Rihanna performed a random act of generosity toward a waiter at a comedy club over the weekend.
The singer and six friends attended a Dane Cook show at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles Friday and gave the waiter at her table a tip that was more than double the price of the bill, TMZ reports.
When the $80 check arrived, Rihanna reportedly asked the waiter what the biggest tip he'd ever received was. He told her $100, and she slapped $200 into his hand.
"Now I'm your biggest tip," she replied, according to TMZ.
In her latest single, "Pour It Up," Rihanna famously sings, "Lot more where that came from. I still got my money."
The singer is no stranger to generosity. Last month she donated $1.75 million worth of equipment to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in her native Barbados, in memory of her grandparents, Clara and Lionel Brathwaite.
The Daily Mail notes that Rihanna is also known for giving exotic dancers exorbitant tips at strip clubs.
Following her 777 Tour in December to promote her latest album, "Unapologetic," the singer seems to have been taking some down time before her Diamonds World Tour that kicks off in March.
But last Thursday, she was spotted at the studio with ex- and maybe current boyfriend Chris Brown.
