The stars of the new Ghostbusters film – Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig and Leslie Jones – recently visited the Tufts Medical Center's Floating Hospital for Children. The best part? They each showed up in their Ghostbusters garb. Which, as you'd expect, was a total win. Sure, it wasn't the first time we saw the cast in character, as photos were recently leaked, but it was certainly a rare (yet wonderful) situation.
CNN reports that the project is currently filming in Boston and the cast decided to stop over at the hospital to visit a group of sick children.
After the visit, Tufts Medical Center posted a number of photos to both Twitter and Facebook. Check them out below:

Thank you again to the #Ghostbusters cast for "accepting the call" from our very creative pediatric patients! pic.twitter.com/4GimWWAfk7 — Tufts Medical Center (@TuftsMedicalCtr) August 3, 2015
Per the photos, it looks like the group stopped in for a visit during filming of the new Ghostbusters. The act is of course rather rare – showing up somewhere in costume during a shoot – but it seems safe to say that the group felt the need to break the rules.
Or, you know, just be decent people and make a group of children happy. #welldone.
