Before telling the world that she was expecting another child, Ashlee told her son that he was going to have another sibling, and this time that he'd get a little sister. "I told him pretty early on. He wanted to have a sister, so he’s really excited! He’s got a little brother. Now he’s going to have a little sister!"
MStars News previously revealed photos of Simpson and Ross' wedding day. The couple tied the knot back in 2014 at Evan's mother's Greenwich, Connecticut estate last August. Evan definitely shocked everyone when he showed off how many groomsmen he had in his wedding party. There were a total of 18!
As for fatherhood, Evan revealed that he was ready and excited.
"I can't wait. We got the nursery ready, my wife is the best." Evan previously said during his appearance on The Boris and Nicole Show. When it came to revealing his daughter's name, Evan told the host's that no one knew Jagger's name before she was born. He also noted that he wanted to tell his mother, Diana her granddaughter's name, but she wanted to wait until baby Jagger was born to know what her name was.
"The only person I wanted to tell the name to was my mom, but she wouldn't let me tell her so. She was like, 'that's for you to have.'"
Simpson's ex, Fall Out Boy rocker Wentz welcomed another son named, Saint Lazslo with girlfriend Meagan Camper back in 2014.
