Chris Brown Needs Rihanna, Not Baby Royalty's Dad? Demands Paternity Test, Nia Guzman Drama

Chris Brown loves baby daughter Royalty, but the 26-year-old "Ayo" singer still needs legal proof that Nia Guzman's one-year-old child definitely belongs to him. Will ex-girlfriend Rihanna offer Breezy a strong shoulder to lean-on during such custody battle mayhem?

Brown's latest demand is probably just a formality for court, but Guzman's family attorney Carl Anthony Moore recently confirmed with the popular gossip webloid HollywoodLife.com:

"Chris is asking the judge to order a paternity test."

Just last month, the "Loyal" crooner allegedly filed legal documents to establish paternity. Now, Breezy's baby mama wants full custody of his adorable little girl. Guzman's also demaning $15,000 a MONTH in child support, which Brown considers unfair (he was initially paying $2,500). So if the hip-hop superstar is officially deemed Royalty's father, he'll have the right to fight such requests (via TMZ). Apparently, Guzman won't even allow her former fling to see Royalty anymore, so Brown hopes that the judge can soon clarify clearer custody guidelines to avoid any futher drama.

Brown's still single after breaking things off with aspiring actress Karrueche Tran, but RiRi will always have his back. Another supposed HL snitch explains:

"[Rih] told [Chris] she'd go to court with him and tell the judge that he's a great father who's capable of taking care of Royalty... She would go to these lengths so he could see his child... She doesn't understand why any woman would try pull such a low level childish stunt like this. [She] wishes she could talk some sense into this woman for Chris' sake."

Will this eventually influence yet another Chrianna reunion? Probably not - Brown doesn't want to hurt his ride or die "homie" by getting involved in another troubled romance. Do MstarsNews readers agree?
