Rush Limbaugh is apparently dead as Twitter spread the news via #RIPRushLimbaugh. Through this, we realize that even politicians are not exempt from nasty death hoaxes that occur on the internet usually targeting the rich and famous. Over the last 30 days, Adam Sandler, Nicolas Cage, Mickey Rourke, Morgan Freeman have all been victimized as well.

The death hoax spread on January 24th, 2013 and continues to leave its false traces throughout the internet.

While most death hoaxes triggered many messages of sympathy and well wishes to the family members of the victim, this particular story triggered many hateful messages.

#RIPRushLimbaugh tripped and broke his neck while trying to lift himself up by the bootstraps. Survived by his lovely wife Neal Boortz."

"#RIPRushLimbaugh Heard he had a stroke while trying to lay a fresh brood of eggs in the hollowed corpse of an immigrant."

#RIPRushLimbaugh wish it was real

goddammit someone used the tag #RIPRushLimbaugh and i got really excited cuz i thought he'd died but he hasn't that is just cruel

Cyber bullying a big topic of discussion in the recent days, and this is a clear example of how people use social media to criticize and disrespect others in a heartbeat.

What do you think of this? Just because Limbaugh is a politician and not a teenage girl, do you think it's acceptable to bully him?
