Former Los Angeles Clippers owner, Donald Sterling slaps top entertainment website, TMZ and former mistress V. Stiviano with a lawsuit for leaking his racist remarks recorded during a private conversation from 2013.

The disgraced former owner of the NBA franchise was outed once his mistress, Stiviano leaked their recorded conversation to TMZ. The fling blasts Stiviano for violating the billionaire's right to privacy and was unaware of their monitored calls.

In addition, TMZ is being accused for chopping up the recordings to appear out of context to sensationalize the story.

In the recording between Sterling and Stiviano, the famous NBA owner  told his girlfriend that he preferred that she stop coming to games with minorities and that she stopped posting photos on Instagram with other minorities such as, basketball star Magic Johnson.

In the recording Stiviano is heard telling Sterling that she posed a photo with a celebrity she admired. He went on telling her, "I think the fact that you admire [Magic] -- I've known him well, and he should be admired," Sterling replies. "And I'm just saying that it's too bad you can't admire him privately. And during your ENTIRE F**KING LIFE, your whole life, admire him -- bring him here, feed him, f**k him, I don't care. You can do anything. But don't put him on an Instagram for the world to see so they have to call me. And don't bring him to my games. OK?"

Stiviano's representative, Attorney Mac Nehoray says the billionaire has no claims to privacy since the remarks were made in front of the model's sister.

"It's ridiculous if he says he was damaged by it when he made $2 billion," Nehoray told ESPN. "I think he's just a litigious person. Unless he has something going on in the public eye, he can't exist."
