Rihanna New Boyfriend Confirmed: Travis Scott Weed & Tattoos Love, Beyonce/Jay-Z Beef Over?

Rihanna recently captured the attention of Chris Brown, Karim Benzema, Lewis Hamilton, and now "Bandz" rapper Travis Scott!

Back in July, RiRi and 23-year-old Scott were allegedly spotted getting "touchy-feely" in the Hamptons. The two hip-hop superstars even exchanged some hot-and-steamy kisses while partying at Southampton's 1Oak nightclub. But still, the relationship never evolved into anything too serious.

Or did it?

Initially, an alleged insider for the popular gossip webloid Urban Islandz insisted that the "B*tch Better Have My Money" collaborators were NOT exclusively dating:

"No, this is just another ridiculous rumor by the same folks who have nothing else to do with their lives than to make up stupid BS. The thing is, two celebrity can't be friends - they have to be dating or romantically involved. RiRi is single and is fully focused on her career and dropping this new album for her fans."

But according to MediaTakeOut.com, the 27-year-old Barbadian beauty was hanging-out with Scott again in New York City earlier this week, and they definitely appeared coupled-up!

On Wednesday (August 12), Rih and the Houston emcee were wandering around a tattoo shop together in the Big Apple, and even grabbed a bit to eat. Scott performed a concert earlier that same evening, which the infamous BadGal attended. Of course, the "FourFiveSeconds" crooner managed to turn heads with her racy (braless) ensemble:

But maybe she was just trying to divert the paparazzi's attention away from her new beau? Wonder if they secretly got matching ink...
