Niall Horan 'Proposed' to Paloma Faith? One Directioner Says 'I'm Going to Marry that Girl,' What about Demi Lovato and Laura Whitmore?

Is One Direction crooner Niall Horan engaged... to British pop songstress/actress and fashionista Paloma Faith? Not exactly, but if the boy band heartthrob were to pop the big question, 27-year-old Faith would answer with an exciting and definite "Yes!" In a recent interview with the Daily Star, the "Stone Cold Sober" starlet claims that Horan was overheard telling a friend "I'm going to marry that girl" after meeting her at a party... and Faith is thrilled over the prospect of one day maybe being named Ms. Paloma Horan. But what about all those "dating" rumors surrounding Horan and Demi Lovato (AND Laura Whitmore)?

Faith revealed to the popular gossip tabloid the Daily Star, "I've been proposed to by One Direction... Well that's the rumor somebody started. I met Niall from 1D at a party. He was lovely, but when I walked away he turned to a friend of mine and said: 'I'm going to marry that girl.' Now everybody thinks he's actually proposed!"

The funky "Picking up the Pieces" songstress went on to explain - "I don't get approached by men that much. I think men are intimidated or get the wrong impression of me.... Maybe they don't flirt with me because of my perceived image. But when people get to know me, they see I'm not a monster. In fact, I seem to get more interest in America - so I'm taking myself there after the tour."

Which is why she is so flattered over Horan's complimentary infatuation.

According to We Love Pop magazine, Faith's reaction to Horan's  comment was a little more straight-forward and "dramatic" - "He said he was going to marry me.... I love him! I accept - you can put that in print. He can be my toyboy. I wouldn't mind having a younger boyfriend."
