'Teen Mom 2' Chelsea Houska Celebrates Anniversary with Boyfriend Cole DeBoer on Instagram

Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska may be going through a tough custody fight with baby daddy Adam Lind in front of MTV cameras, but she still has reason to celebrate when it comes to hot boyfriend Cole DeBoer. The reality couple recently made it to their one-year anniversary and Chelsea wanted all of her fans to know it with an Instagram post!

In a loving post on Instagram, the South Dakota mom posted a cute photo with Cole along with a caption about how much he means to her.

"How was this a year ago already?! There are no words to describe how grateful I am for this man, and for everything he's done for Aubree and I," Chelsea wrote. "I'll never forget how I felt when I first saw you, like something in me knew you were about to become a huge part of my life. I love you so much @coledeboer."

Chelsea's hunky beau hasn't been seen too much this season on the hit reality series because he's just a regular guy who doesn't like the limelight. On the other hand, her daughter Aubree is a scene stealer whenever she appears on camera.

The esthetician even recently got her man to pose in a photo with her on social media trying to hawk a fitness product.

As MStars News reported, Chelsea gave interviews where she talked about the impact Cole has had ever since he came into her and Aubree's lives.

"[Cole's] great with Aubree," she told MTV.com. "Cole's relationship with Aubree is so amazing to me because she's never had like a positive male role model in her life. I mean, she's had her grandpa. But as a father figure, he completely stepped up to take on that responsibility - more than I ever could have even imagined."
