Kim Kardashian is still in the gym and showing her growing baby bump in a sheer shirt. "The Keeping up with the Kardashian" reality star wore a tight fitted Lycra outfit as she was photographed heading hom from a late-night gym session in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.

Last month the 31-year-old reality star announced that she was expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West and tried her hardest to hide her baby bump from the world until recently. Kim rocked black running tights, a fitted vest top and a grey zip-up top for the workout session, topped off with a pair of pink trainers. Trying to keep a decent figure, Kardashian's pregnancy is getting the best of her. The reality star tweeted, "Was so lazy but had to get that workout in! I'm so not a night workout person."

The celebrity is trying her best to get back her pre pregnant figure after delivering her first born by finding tips on Google. The fearful socialite tweeted, "Can't sleep & I'm googling double chin exercises! I'm petrified to get one."

Earlier that day, Kim along with her sisters had a photo shoot with Ellen Von Unwerth for their Kardashian clothing line. Kim wore a white dress that hid the baby bump. Last week, the celebrity desperately tried to hide her baby bump in Paris and it seems that it may be time to finally let go and show the world.
