Miley Cyrus New Friendship Tattoo, Kat Von D Inks It Above Her Elbow

Pop singer Miley Cyrus loves getting inked. Unlike other celebrities preferring elaborate tattoos, Cyrus's new tattoo is small and simple and it's about friendship.

The Disney actress tweeted about her new tattoo showing it off in a photo she posted. The tattoo was inked by Hollywood celebrity artist Kat Von D.

Cyrus Tweeted, "Ratta tat tat." She let her Twitter followers know the name of the artist who gave her the new tattoo and where the tattoo was located. While, Kat Von D Tweeted revealing her love for what she inked and a close-up shot of the singer's new tatoo, "Loved tattooing @MileyCyrus yestrday! Simple symbols of friendship make beautiful tattoos."

Cyrus stirred-up a debate when she got two lines tattooed on her finger, symbolising gay rights equality.

A Twitter user had told Cyrus that Bible does not accept homosexuality. But she sharply came back on him with "Where does it say in the Bible to judge others? It doesn't. GOD is the only judge, honey. God is love (sic)."

She is known to have a huge collection of tattoos on her body - Heart on her finger, "LOVE" behind her ear and dream catcher on her rib cage and many others.

The new friendship tattoo has not yet been explained by Cyrus.
