CNBC will premiere Episode 3 of their new reality show, Make Me A Millionaire Inventor. Hosted by engineering experts, Deanne Bell and George Zaidan, the two on-screen personalities join AVT, Inc. founder Shannon Illingworth as they search the country endlessly for the amazing idea that will make someone big money.

According to the plot synopsis, Deanne and George will mentor two inventors, who are looking to spice up a few familiar industries. An IT manager has big visions of revitalizing ordinary ice skates with an LED system called "Glo-Blades." Meanwhile, an engineer from Texas believes he can modernize commercial cake design with his prototype, the 3D Cake Decorator.

According to Kcentv,  AVT, Inc. founder Shannon Illingworth is called ononce again to help an entrepreneur with his 3D cake decorating system. Illingworth offers this advice, "In order to help assure success, an entrepreneur must have short and long-term strategies, marketing plans, design and engineering guidance, location partners, legal and accounting teams, and much more. In short, they need to align themselves with multiple experts in many areas. Having done this very thing for so many years, we are in a position to help guide entrepreneurs in many ways, and help steer them in the right direction."

Santa Rosa Press Democrat has an interview with Ralph Haney about his idea for Glo-Blades. The CNBC show paid for the development of Haney's new prototype. The show then rented out the local ice rink and another one set in Southern California for filming.

"This whole endeavor didn't cost me a dime," Haney said.

Though the product's design is close to completion, Haney is seeking the means to manufacture his Glo-Blades in large quantities for the masses.

"The only thing holding us back is capital," Haney adds.

Make Me A Millionaire airs on CNBC Wednesdays at 10pm.
