According to TMZ, the woman is currently being identified as Jane Doe and claims that she dated Rose between the year 2011 to 2013. Doe claimed that Rose allegedly tried to pressure her "to masturbate in front of him, allow him to have sex with her friends and engage in group sex with strangers," which she claims never happened because she refused to do so. The woman revealed that she continued to date until August 2013. Around that time is when Rose and his friends, Ryan Allen and Randall Hampton (Rose's personal manager), invited Doe to Rose's Beverly Hills house. Doe claims that Rose slipped a drug into her drink with the goal of raping her at that time.

Rose's ex revealed that she escaped the house along with a friend, but claimed that Rose, Allen and Hampton broke into her apartment and gang raped her while she was helpless. Doe says that she can remember some things that went on, including the group of men raping her, but other things are only a "flash." Doe said that it took her two years to gain the courage to file the lawsuit because she was "ashamed and embarrassed of what happened and concerned her conservative family would find out." The woman is asking for unstated damages. It's possible that the woman revealing these allegations could be Rose's ex-girlfriend. Mieka Reese. In 2013, Reese allegedly broke up with the Bulls point guard after he had an affair with a stripper. But if you asked The Breakfast Club radio host Charlamagne Tha God, he claimed that Reese gave her man an ultimatum: "Marry me or I'm leaving."

As of right now, we're not sure if the unidentified woman is in fact Reese, but it's possible considering they did dated at one point. But their co-parenting days seem to show no kind of conflict between the two of them.
