Giovanna Plowman 'Tampon Girl' Twitter Real or Fake? Ridiculous 'Fame' Tweets Bash Chris Brown, Beyonce, Kim Kardashian [PHOTOS]

New York teenager Giovanna Plowman infamously rose to viral fame earlier this year as "Tampon Girl" - the young lady who sucked and chewed on her own used, bloody tampon. To the disgust and amusement of many, Plowman's "15-minutes of fame" skyrocketed thanks to the popularity of social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter. A Twitter account associated with the young internet fame-seeker (which has yet to be confirmed as belonging to the "real" Plowman) already has over a whopping 155,000 followers and counting... and whoever does truly control the Twitter account (whether it's real or fake) definitely loves all of the cyber attention. @ItsGiovannaP constantly updates her Twitter feed everyday... and has no shame in bashing big-name celebs such as Chris Brown, Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, and Britney Spears. Read on to check out some of the ridiculous tweets posted by the infamously disturbing @ItsGiovannaP.

First off, a little background info on Giovanna Plowman, aka "Tampon Girl." As Mstarz originally reported:

Some people will go to morbid extremes to gain their fifteen-minutes of fame... and for NY teenager Giovanna Plowman, that means posting a Facebook video of herself sucking on a bloody tampon in hopes of gaining enough notoriety to appear on the popular Comedy Central series "Tosh.0." The grotesque video (which Plowman shared through her Facebook page on Jan. 19) has since been removed, but not in time to stop the infamous "Tampon Girl" from going viral. Whether the five-minute clip of Plowman removing the dirty female hygiene product from her own body and then "playing with it" is real or not, it's still grossly disturbing nonetheless. The video soon went viral, prompting Plowman to update on her Facebook page:

Giovanna Plowman: "OMG! SO I JUST FOUND OUT IM GOING TO BE ON TOSH.O!!! One of Daniel Tosh's agents got ahold of me and said they would love to have me and my video on their show! This is amazing. Like I never thought it would get this big. And of course I'll be going."

And in response to all the haters...

Giovanna Plowman: "Have you ever watched Jackass? Fear Factor? Jersey Shore? I know you all have. It's okay for them to get famous from eating and doing such stupid stuff or being sluts and partying hard. But i eat a tampon and get so much hate? It makes no sense. Just because I'm a girl and ate something gross and got famous you hate on me? I'm a real nice girl. Don't start drama... and I have only ever had one boyfriend? Please tell me how I'm a slut. Smh idgaf about you haters I'll shine on with or with out you!"

The "official" Facebook page allegedly belonging to Plowman has since been deactivated... but the young teen insists that her "real" Twitter account can be found at @hollagiovanna, where the profile description reads:

"Official twitter account of Giovanna Plowman. :) Hii i'm the new YouTube star I ONLY made that video cause it was a dare, and I wanted to get famous!"

But the "Giovanna Plowman" Twitter account that gets the most attention is @ItsGiovannaP, and this might be why...

@ItsGiovannaP: "Britney Spears is so stupid.. I cannot.. Look at some of the stupidest things she's said, (link)."

@ItsGiovannaP: "Thats for less famous people like beyonce #eww" (response to @iTywerrr: "@ItsGiovannaP is part of Illuminati").

@ItsGiovannaP: "I'm the fat tampon girl with a boyfriend, you skinny girls cry everyday because u love boys who don't even love you back. Bi##h please. Sit."

@ItsGiovannaP: "So wait, if i get pregnant, no tampon to eat for 9 months? So not cool tbh."

@ItsGiovannaP: "OMG someone just told me i'm as beautiful as Kim Kardashian - idk if this is a compliment though because she's ugly :(."

It's likely that this ridiculous account is definitely a fake, but the fact that it's yet to be deleted from Twitter is somewhat troubling... and the infamous "Tampon Girl" continues her disturbing reign over the world of viral fame because of it. Is it about time for this account to fade into cyber world oblivion?
