Emma Roberts & Evan Peters On Friendly Terms Again After June Break Up?

American Horror Story stars, Emma Roberts and Evan Peters, have been on again off again a few times this year, especially back in June when they called off their engagement. However, the two are now seemingly on friendly terms again and the rumors of them dating again are floating around. "Roberts, 24, and Peters, 28...dated for about three years, during which Roberts was arrested for domestic violence after they got into a heated argument," UPI reports. The pair has most certainly had some drama. The incident UPI refers to happened in July of 2013 when the two were in Montreal, Canada together. Yahoo! News says, "The couple ha[s] experienced pretty major conflicts in the past as Emma was arrested for domestic violence...after allegedly assaulting Evan while they stayed at a hotel...he decided not to press charges against her for the attack and she was released hours after being taken into custody." This all seems very dramatic and then to be on again and off again so often in the same year. A source told Us Weekly, "They're a couple of young kids," a source told Us at the time. "Their romance is pretty extreme."

When the two were rumored to have broken up earlier this summer, it had seemed to end on good terms. Yahoo! News reports that a source said, "Their three years together just ran its course...They have so many great memories together but couldn't make it work in the end. The break-up was amicable - there was no drama whatsoever. Emma and Evan are even still friends!" So could this buzz be about two exes that are merely trying to keep things friendly post-breakup?

There were rumors that since they do have to work together on the next season of American Horror Story: Hotel, and that their characters are supposed to be in a romantic relationship that whether they are back together or not, they have to keep things friendly for now regardless. "Days after Peters and Roberts ended their engagement, American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy told Us Weekly that the exes would have to reconcile -- on-screen, at least, for the upcoming season of the anthology series. 'She comes at the end, and she has a great thing with Evan Peters at the end,' Murphy dished."

Roberts also spoke out that she was really excited for her role as Chanel on Scream Queens and feels so supported by her cast mates Jamie Lee Curtis, Keke Palmer, Ariana Grande and Lea Michele. Roberts says to Us Weekly, "To get to work with all these talented people from all different parts of the industry is so fun and everyone's bringing what they have to the table and we're all just going for it. No inhibitions. And it's great to work with a young group of women and not feel ever self conscious, ever insecure, and we're all rooting for each other, we all want all of us to look good." We hope that maybe Roberts is in a better place now and even though her and Peters are friendly, it's probably best that they broke things off.
