Kim Richards Joining VH1's ‘Family Therapy’ After ‘RHOBH’ Firing?

You might have thought you saw the last of Kim Richards when it was announced earlier this year that she would no longer be part of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, however, the former child star might have a little trick up her sleeve to stay in the limelight. Since she has been fired from RHOBH, Richards has had to find another way to make a paycheck and it seems that another reality show could be right up her alley. Turns out that VH1 might want to include her on a new show called Family Therapy with Dr. Jenn, and Richards seems really interested. In fact, she is so interested that she has reached out to her kids and to sister Kyle Richards to see if they would want to do it with her.

According to Radar Online, Dina and Michael Lohan are already filming for the series, and the producers of the show at VH1 have extended an invite to Kim.

"Producers had also offered Richards a spot on the upcoming season. Kim wasn't interested in the concept, or what she would be doing, but needed to earn a paycheck," the insider explained. "She approached her kids about the proposal, and asked them to reach out to Kyle, because they aren't talking."

However, while Richards is in need of a paycheck, it seems that her family is standing in her way of getting back in the public spotlight, according to The Inquistr.

"The kids and Kyle all said no way," the source revealed. "It's not because they don't want to help Kim, but they felt she needed to go to rehab. If Kim had already successfully completed treatment, and was in a good place to begin truly working on relationships with her family, that would be a different story."
