The San Antonio Spurs vs. the Detroit Pistons battle it out on the court at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Detroit on Friday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m. ET. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Friday night basketball game online and catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.
The Spurs head into Friday evening's game as the no 1 team in the Western Southwest Conference of the Division Regular Season with 39 wins and only 11 losses. They currently rank the no 1 team overall in the NBA. According to New York Daily News sports columnist Mitch Lawrence, "When you see how the Spurs don't miss a beat when Duncan and Ginobili are sidelined with injuries, it's why Gregg Popovich is widely considered the best coach in the business." The Pistons are ranked 4th in the Eastern Central Conference and currently hold the no 21 overal spot (out of 30 teams) with 18 wins and 32 losses. As Lawrence points out, "The addition of Jose Calderon, a true playmaker, is going to help the Pistons, who have been right around .500 since mid-December."
The game will be broadcasted live on local stations FSSW and FS Detroit, but fans can also listen in on the radio at 97.1 'The Ticket,' ESPN 1450, 107.3 WBBL, KLNT, 760'The Ticket,' and 1360 KKTX.
