The Chicago Cubs take the field against the St. Louis Cardinals in Week 23 of the regular season on Monday, September 7 at 2:15 p.m. EST at Busch Stadium in Missouri. St. Louis now holds an extremely impressive 87-49 winning record and remains 1st in the National League Central Division.

Cubs (6): "Kris Bryant in July: .168/.270/.368. Kris Bryant in August: .330/.422/.620. He went 3 for 4 on Sept. 1, too. Even immensely talented rookies go through growing pains. The good ones re-adjust."

With that, Chicago maintains 78 wins and 57 losses and is still 3rd in the National League Central Division.
