Justin Bieber, Black Keys Diss [VIDEO]: Biebs 'Doesn't Deserve a Grammy,' Singer Tweets Drummer Patrick Carney 'Should Be Slapped Around'

Pop star Justin Bieber wasn't nominated for any awards at the 2013 Grammys - and Black Keys' Patrick Carney was quite happy about it. The 32-year-old drummer recently dissed the Biebs during a TMZ interview, claiming that the "Boyfriend" crooner "never deserved a Grammy bid anyway." And Bieber (as well as his many Belieber fans) didn't take the Grammy snub remark sitting down. Biebs hit up Twitter on Tuesday, tweeting that the "Black Keys drummer should be slapped around. Haha." Carney apparently regrets his harsh words, recently tweeting Bieber not one, but two sad faces   (: ( ). The 18-year-old pop megastar has yet to respond... is another infamous "Twitter feud" currently in the works?

While talking with TMZ on the streets of L.A., Carney claims that the best part of the Grammys is, "It being done, I guess." (FYI: the Black Keys took home three awards on Sunday evening: "Best Rock Song" and "Best Rock Performance" for "Lonely Boy, and Carney's band mate Dan Auerbach was honored as "Producer of the Year").

Carney also went on to diss Justin Bieber. When asked if he thinks the Biebs was snubbed of a nomination, the rocker responds with, "I don't know... Justin Bieber... He's rich, right? Grammy's are for music, not for money. He's making a lot of money. He should be happy, I guess."

Surely he meant no harm, but the short impromptu interview soon went viral:

Bieber responded to the jab on Tuesday (Feb. 12), tweeting:

@justinbieber: "the black keys drummer should be slapped around haha."

The post was re-tweeted over 30,000 times, and "favorited" close to 20,000 times. Some fans were not too happy with Carney's remarks:

Carney's response? 

@patrickcarney: "It's cool when you get cornered outside your hotel by a guy with a camera and they ask you a dumb question and then put it on TV. :(."

And later:

Bieber has a pretty good sense of humor, so surely he didn't take Carney's little diss too personally. Do Mstarz fans think the Biebs will respond to Carney's sad faces?
