Her tweet came after Wendy Williams claimed Kim's medical condition and stay in the hospital was fake. Kim believed that Wendy told her audience that she faked her stroke because she was upset at the reality star for not making an appearance on her show.
Kim backed up her story by showing the email Williams' team had sent her. The message read: "Hi Mike, I'm reaching out on behalf of the Wendy Williams Show. We hope Kim is recovering, resting and doing better!" The letter continued, "If she's feeling well enough, we would like to have her call in for a Skype chat during Monday's live show to talk to Wendy. It will be during our highly rated Hot Topics segment at the top of the show, around 10:15 am EST, 7:15 am EST. Please let me know your thoughts on if this is a possibility. Thank you!"
Kim captioned the snapshot of the show arrangement with the following remarks: "Absolutely appalling!! @Wendywilliams how disgusting for you to insinuate I "faked" my mini stroke on your show this morning!! You mad cause I didn't come on your show! This clearly shows your warped mentality!!" [sic]

Since then, Kim and her dance partner, Tony Dovolani, had come to the realization that Kim's time on DWTS was up due to the rules of the show.
"The rules state, and these are rules that we've had since 2005, when we started the show," host Tom Bergeron read to everyone watching. "And, I'm quoting from them. 'In the instance of illness or other health related matters affecting a participant's ability to participate in the game, they must withdraw.'"
Kim really practiced hard with her partner who was by her side the entire time last week after she suffered a mini stroke. Below is video of their practice from over the weekend.
"I practiced for hours Saturday I was so excited to be there tonight! I just needed a few more days and then I'm cleared to fly," the mother-of-six wrote. [sic]
