Chris Brown Nia Guzman Custody Battle: Royalty to Gain Breezy's Last Name

Chris Brown's daughter, Royalty, will be gaining the singer's last name! MStars News has learned that Brown and his baby mama, Nia Guzman, came to an agreement during their custody battle earlier this week. According to Hollywood Life, Brown and Guzman will shared joint custody of their 1-year-old daughter. Both Brown and Guzman took to social media to express their happiness from their court hearing. Instead of bashing his baby mama, Brown tweeted:"Court went great today. Glad this is all worked out."

Guzman also posted positive words via Instagram posing with her legal team, thanking them for their help in her case.

"Sending my thank you to my legal team," the mother-of-two wrote. "I'm so happy with OUR outcome today," Guzman added.

TMZ revealed that Royalty will have her father's last name. Brown will continue to pay Guzman $2,500 a month in child support and he has to pay for his daughter's schooling, health insurance, medical bills and babysitters. Both parents also agreed on joint physical and legal custody. Brown will seen his baby girl 12 days out of the month and doesn't have to be supervised while spending time with her. Brown will also have to pay Guzman $15k in back support. As for the drug test Brown had to perform for the judge in their case, MStars News has learned that the drug test came back positive for weed and codeine, but Brown was able to provide a prescription for both. MStars News is glad that drama is over and both parents are happy about the outcome. Hopefully, Royalty grows up with no more issues between her parents for the next 17 years.
